Ali is the main force in the kitchen, specialising in preparing delicious home-made dishes from locally sourced ingredients. Ali graduated from Surrey Iniversity with a Hotel and Catering Management Degree and has since had 15 years experience in restaurant kitchens.

Greg is the front man who will orchestrate your function so that the service flows smoothly with particular attention being paid to your individual requirements. Greg has been a licensee for 12 years and will be on hand to give advice about the drinks selection for your events.
